At PA GRAPHICS, we deal in specialized bike graphic/decal kits. Due to the nature of these products, we follow a strict no return and no refund policy.

🚫 No Return / No Refund:

- All products sold on our website are non-returnable and non-refundable

- Decal/graphic kits cannot be reused once applied, hence returns are not accepted

- Orders once delivered cannot be cancelled or refunded

⚠️ Exceptions:

We only consider claims under the following conditions:

- Wrong product delivered

- Product received in a physically damaged condition

📌 Claim Conditions:

- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

- Customer must provide clear unboxing video and images as proof

- Product must be unused and in original condition
