Refund & Return Policy – PA GRAPHICS

At PA GRAPHICS, we specialize in bike graphics and decal kits. Since our products are specifically designed for application on vehicles and cannot be reused once applied, we follow a strict No Return & No Refund Policy.

🚫 No Return & No Refund

All products purchased from our website are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Graphics and decal kits cannot be reused once applied; therefore, returns are not accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been delivered.

Change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference does not qualify for a return or refund.

⚠️ Exceptions

We may consider a replacement or claim only in the following cases:

Wrong product delivered

Product received in physically damaged condition

📌 Claim Requirements

To raise a claim, the following conditions must be met:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

The customer must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video along with relevant images as proof.

The product must remain unused, unapplied, and in its original condition.

Claims submitted without sufficient proof may not be considered.

All claims are subject to verification by PA GRAPHICS. After reviewing the provided evidence, PA GRAPHICS reserves the right to approve or reject the claim based on the circumstances of the case.
